We need to pay for the rental of the hall and for insurance and we have to pay for these up-front. Each year we have to adjust the fees to keep up with the ever changing fees charged by the school and unfortunately they change this in the middle of our annual period (which means we have to guess what the new rental will be and allow for it when calculating the fees).
In 2022 we decided to change the fee structure and introduce a block-booking arrangement where you can pay up front for a number of nights then you only use those credits if you turn up. However we will also retain the classic “pay for a whole year” option (which will only be payable at the start of the school term in September). So the new fee options are:

If you are paying each night then please bring the right amount and please remember to write in the book your name and the amount paid (if you don’t have the exact money you can pay extra the next week, we trust you).
If you wish to pay for a longer period then you can pay by:
- bank transfer (collect a form from Jon, make the payment, fill in the form and return it to Jon)
- cash (bring the right amount and hand it to Jon)
- cheque (make the cheque payable to “Claydon and District Badminton Club”).
